These are the questions that everyone should ask when it comes time to making one of the biggest purchases of our lives and it is not something that I take lightly. After a career in resort sales and development which focused both on sales AND customer service, real estate was such a natural fit for me that I have never looked back! From meeting new people and fostering relationships, to being committed to communication, to being ready for negotiations , and simply loving the thrill of trouble shooting the problems, it is a career that I relish. What makes real estate so exciting is that everyday brings on a new challenge or bring along a wonderful new family to work with. It is ALWAYS dynamic and it gives me the opportunity to learn and grow with each and every transaction. I have never shied away from hard work, or attempting something new, and with real estate you must always expand your horizons to reach your client’s goals and ultimately to exceed their expectations.
I chose the tagline “the unique brand” as we should be differentiating ourselves from our competitors, and what I hear constantly from my clients is that they have never had a similar real estate experience. I have given them a very positive and different experience than they have had in the past or than they had expected. And that is my goal for you too as my future client!
My vision for my business is to have lifelong clientele. I always aim to treat others as I would want to be treated in the same circumstances. Real estate should be a wonderful experience and the relationship that you have with your realtor should be a very close one throughout the process and ultimately beyond. I want to be your realtor for life, and the only one that you think of when real estate comes up. The greatest compliment that I can get is when one of my clients refers someone to me because then I truly know that I have done a great job! Ultimately my goal is that referrals will be the main source of my business and I have been very successful in building that over time.
